the breakfast was extensive and delicious and the room service delivered in packets like deliveroo IS inspired.

upon arrival, i realized that we didn't get the sea view room i booked. instead, i got a room that was supposed to be in the same category BUT overlooking mostly the parking lot. our rain shower also didn't work.

My emails about restaurant bookings were ignored and no special arrangements were made for the birthday. The rain shower and coffee machine in our room did not work. This seemed like a letdown.
