5-star oceanfront resort at Naithon Beach

Location

Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach is positioned on a headland with direct access to Naithon Beach, recognized as one of the best beaches on Phuket's west coast. Located just 12 minutes from Phuket International Airport, travel convenience enhances the guest experience. Scenic views of the Andaman Sea create a visual backdrop that blurs the lines between pool, sea, and sky.

Rooms

The resort offers 277 rooms and pool villas, each designed with beach chic style and neutral tones to complement the natural surroundings. Guests can choose a One Bedroom Ocean Pool Villa with private infinity pools, offering direct cliff-edge views. All accommodations include essential amenities like Nespresso coffee machines, large bathtubs, and seamless access to outdoor areas.

Dining

Dining options at Pullman Phuket Arcadia include three bars, two restaurants, and a deli, all emphasizing a blend of Thai and Western cuisines. Vero, the Italian Trattoria and Wine Bar, serves specialty dishes against stunning sea views. Guests can also partake in Play Tea, an exclusive afternoon tea experience overlooking the Andaman Sea.

Wellness

The award-winning Dhatri Spa offers a variety of treatments, including massages and milk baths aimed at rejuvenating guests. Wellness facilities also include a 24-hour Fit Lounge and a dedicated yoga deck for active lifestyles. Outdoor activities are complemented by complimentary children's programs at the Kids' Club.

Business & Events

Five versatile meeting rooms provide spaces for business meetings, accommodating various group sizes while boasting sea views. Fresh air venues enhance the environment for corporate gatherings, making work feel less formal. Personal services help facilitate smooth events, from weddings to professional meetings.

Highlights

Location: Direct access to Naithon Beach

Rooms: One Bedroom Ocean Pool Villa with cliff-edge views

Dining: Vero Italian Trattoria and Wine Bar

Wellness: Award-winning Dhatri Spa

Business: Five versatile meeting rooms overlooking the sea

Family-Friendly: Free Kids' Club with daily activities

“Pullman Phuket Arcadia occupies a striking spot on Naithon Beach, though opinions diverge on its family appeal; the adults-only pool concept, while chic, seems at odds with the family rooms overlooking it. Its distance from Phuket's main attractions promotes tranquility, and the spa is a genuine highlight, but be aware that dining options may feel limited after a few days.”

serene getaway

italian restaurant relaxing massage friendly staff

I found the staff to be friendly, particularly at the restaurants. vero, the italian restaurant, had amazing food. I would return! my massage at dhatri spa relieved my neck pain. the therapist, kelly, did an excellent job.

The resort's hilly terrain meant relying on buggies for transport. Waiting times were sometimes long.

Rooms

my beautiful double or twin room had two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was great. i found the cleaning to be of high quality.

Dining

The daily breakfast provided excellent food. many crew members provided great service. Pong, orn, too, miw, jenw, nann, aom, bow, aomsin, sonya, khaw, nis, sla, sine, bank, chadon, nubdow, ja and ta all were nice.

Facilities

The innovative golf cart system used actual cars. this was because of the hilly terrain. It added to the fun. the hotel has great views of the andaman sea!

Service

the front desk ladies were always ready to assist. they used walkie-talkies to make service quicker. ms coco showed honesty, she delivered my rings to the airport.

I was grateful for the staff's consistent helpfulness and politeness. The room received immaculate cleaning services daily and it was spacious, even with a lovely ocean view. I am very thankful for the wonderful memories and would come back again. The view was amazing!

I booked a sea view room for my sister's birthday, yet we got a room overlooking the parking lot and a sewage stream. My emails about restaurant bookings were ignored and no special arrangements were made for the birthday. The rain shower and coffee machine in our room did not work. This seemed like a letdown.
