Venus, zara, and angie offered perfect service. the hotel gardens were fine and well-kept. It was like a tropical haven. the pools had amazing views. i liked the friendly, attentive, and supportive team. they made sure i felt comfortable.

i noticed that the pools closed quite early each evening.

My room had a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony with chairs, i could sit outside in the evenings. the bathroom featured a separate bathtub and a rainfall shower. Everything felt clean and modern.

I found the staff to be friendly, particularly at the restaurants. vero, the italian restaurant, had amazing food. I would return! my massage at dhatri spa relieved my neck pain. the therapist, kelly, did an excellent job.

The resort's hilly terrain meant relying on buggies for transport. Waiting times were sometimes long.

The innovative golf cart system used actual cars. this was because of the hilly terrain. It added to the fun. the hotel has great views of the andaman sea!

i booked a room advertised with ocean views but this promise fell short i was given a room overlooking the parking lot instead the view was mostly of cars and a glimpse of the sea it was quite disappointing since i had specifically paid for a better view also the coffee machine in the room didn't work which was inconvenient.

I was grateful for the staff's consistent helpfulness and politeness. The room received immaculate cleaning services daily and it was spacious, even with a lovely ocean view. I am very thankful for the wonderful memories and would come back again. The view was amazing!

upon arrival, i realized that we didn't get the sea view room i booked. instead, i got a room that was supposed to be in the same category BUT overlooking mostly the parking lot. our rain shower also didn't work.
